Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Process Moto:

We are only able to accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 14 Calendar days of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging. We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased directly from ProcessMoto.co.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to offer free returns. Therefore you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please make sure you have tracking on your returned item as any lost or damaged goods will remain your responsibility until back in our possession and checked.

Refunds

If your items are eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid (including any tax), for the product once we receive and check in the return.

Your refund will be issued after our team has received your return and checked in and verified the items. This process can take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed, and it will then take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.
